So...Ini adalah breakfast saya untuk pagi ni…toast wholemeal bread and oats+horlicks... tengahari ni baru amik nasi..semalam seharian makan roti..memang terkenang-kenang akan nasi panas yg dimakan bersama kari ikan..huhuhu…ohh..saya suka kari…hehe…sebab tu suka nasi kandaq kot..kuah campoq..perghhhhh….boleh nangis kalau ingat makanan..hehehe..

baru start diet dari semalam..harap-harap dapat bertahan..nasi pulak saya makan brown rice..high fiber and low carbohydrates...

kesimpulan yang saya dapat baca dari tempat tu dan juga tempat2 lain ialah

1 ) takboleh/rarely makan daging..sebab daging contain hormon haiwan tu which is PCOS ni dah terlebih hormon yg tu..

2) protein yang datang dari haiwan itu juga not good for PCOS

3) most important diet mesti high fiber..at least 20-30g untuk satu hari..my 2pcs roti is only 4g..and one cup of oatmeal is 4g..baru 8g pagi ni...mana nak cari lg 22g fiber ntah...

4) kena jadi vegetarian and also 'fruitarian'..

and banyak lagi pantang larang nya...tapi saya planning dalam seminggu 6 hari saya diet..satu hari lagi saya makan apa yang saya nak..hihi...boleh ke gitu...sedihnyaaa..

bertahan lah mummy!!!!

saya ader terfikir saya pon alami pcos.sblm ni fikir nk kuruskan bdn.tetiba lekat lps amik clomid(kes ovari x kuarkan telur). dan tetiba dikhuatiri gugur.skrg ni dh kurgkan mkn slow2.tp masih tkot utk crash diet.

assalam..sy baru je follow awk tp TTC dh nak masuk 6 thn dah bln 8 ni..seronok la bc luahan hati awk..mcm dgr suara sdri plak yg cakap..hehe

nk tny..cmne nk tau kita ni ada PCOS ke x? nk p jpa doktor mintak dia wat test PCOS ke?
